		Dave & Bruce Sell Again Kessler Named to Auctioneers Hall Of Fame. "Left Almost Speechless." A highlight of the 2008 Indiana Auctioneers Association Convention held in Indianapolis was the selection and induction of Dave Kessler, of Richmond, IN., to the IAA Auctioneers Hall of Fame. This honor came to Dave fifty-one years to the week of the anniversary of holding his first auction for the Ladies of the United Methodist Church in New Paris, OH. This is the auction that launched his career which has seen him use millions of words to sell everything from airplanes to caskets and all types of real estate for owners from forty-two states. It's only a rare few auctioneers who have ever received this honor and for the first time in his life Dave was "left almost speechless." When he recovered from the shock and surprise Dave said "I'm honored and humbled at this special recognition by my peers. It's wonderful to receive this honor from, and be surrounded by, my auction family here at the Indiana Auctioneers Association." It was just announced that Dave Kessler, Realtor & Auctioneer, was named Best of the Best Auctioneers in the first-ever Palladium Item "readers choice" poll to determine "the areas finest businesses." This poll was conducted in eastern Indiana and western Ohio. Now in his 50th. year in the business, Dave said "Doggone. I'm all shook up. It's a surprise and an honor.
