You make up your own lots. We prefer lots be worth at least $5.

$10 reserved selling space.

Reserved selling spaces are 9x9. Will hold 4 or 5 tables or lots of furniture. Cars require 2 selling spaces.

All items offered with reserve unless stated otherwise.

Additional Sales Aids: Rent display tables $6 or locking glass top safety boxes for valuable smalls $10. Buy lotting boxes 65 cents each (If needed) but you may bring your own. Sellers will pay 5% no sale premium on bid-ins ($5 a hundred). Maximum no sale fee per item $50. Up to 6 auctioneers selling for you. Get top dollar real quick. Spend $2 to make a few - or make a lot.

We serve as sale facilitators only and any guarantees or recommendations are yours. The Golden Rule is the best guideline for this. You may hold up and hand out your items as they are being sold. If you'd rather have special associates do this for you they charge $12 per selling space for their service.

You can sell for:

Less than the cost of selling online

Less than the cost of a classified ad

Less than the cost of an antiques mall booth

Less than the cost of a flea market set up

Less than the cost of a garage sale

You receive your net pay within 1 hour after your goods are sold in most cases.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept some items. Nothing illegal will be accepted. No hazardous materials.* Your items are subject to a $25 haul-away fee and/or $65 hazardous materials disposal fee so please leave that junk at home or give it to your mother-in-law.

Buyers will love making selections from the great variety of quality offerings.

Buyers bid their own price. Even Sam Walton never let you set the price.
